The Garland INSTINCT Table Top Wok is a tabletop induction cooker made specifically for woks. It is a member of the INSTINCT induction series. It has has two output options: 3.5 kW or 5 kW. Dimensions for the Garland GIIC-SW3.5 and the Garland GIIC-SW5.0 is 15" x 19" x 8" (WDH). It has a simple, "tap and turn" control knob with twelve power levels. It also features continuous temperature measurement via Garland's trademarked RTCSmp technology.
