The Garland Table Top Flat Baby Hob is a commercial induction cooker with a total kW rating of 1.5. With this output, it's ideal for any high-traffic foodservice operation, such as a buffet line. Dimensions for the Garland GI-BH/BA 1500 are 12.6" x 15" x 4.2" (WDH). It has a stainless steel casting with a ceran ceramic glass work top. The controls are a single rotary switch with nine power-level settings.
