The Garland GTOG36-6 is a heavy-duty, 36 inch hot plate with 6 open top burners. Each burner has an output of 30,000 BTU, giving a total of 180,000 BTU/hr. Each burner can also be individually controlled, and has split ergonomic cast iron grates to protect the pilot burners from spill over. The front, sides, back, and crumb tray are stainless steel. This machine is NSF approved.
