Vollrath's JB3H conveyor sandwich oven has individual top and bottom heat control and adjustable conveyor speed for toasting sandwiches and bread, and melting cheese. This unit is ideal for low-volume sandwich shops and small restaurants. They are not intended to cook raw food or toppings, nor for continuous use.
Made in the USA for quality and longevity, the JB3H is constructed of stainless and aluminized steel, has a maintenance-free drive system, adjustable product opening, forced convection, and ventless operation. It has been UL tested and verified, and has NSF certification.
