Browne's grater is a great tool for bars, restaurants, cafes, and more. We carry a fine and a coarse model that each has different applications. Fine graters, also known as rasps, are commonly used to zest citrus. This is useful for drinks, baking, and more. Coarse graters produce larger pieces, and will often be used for grating parmesan cheese onto dishes at restaurants, so can be used in the front or back of house.
These graters are colour-coded so they don't get mixed up; the fine one has a green end while the coarse one has orange. It includes a cover to protect the grating surface and your staff, and is dishwasher-safe.
