When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A basting spoon with a durable construction and curved handle
Browne's collection of slotted stainless steel serving / basting spoons featuring a renaissance-style curved handle are available in 2 lengths: 13- and 15-inch. Thanks to their heavy-duty stainless steel construction, these spoons will not bend or break. They have a satin finish and a thickness of 1.75mm, meaning these are higher quality than thinner spoons and have superior durability.
The curved handle prevents the spoon from slipping into food pans, makes for easier pick-up, and increases hygiene safety. The handles are grooved for extra durability and ease of use. They are suitable for front of the house serving and kitchen use like basting as well, as the quality is strong enough to do both.
When choosing which spoon is best for you, you'll want to determine what kind of foods you plan on serving or basting, how solid they are, and if they have excess water or grease. Perforated or slotted spoons are great for serving steamed vegetables and potatoes. There's no right or wrong between the two, and any choice for one or the other comes down to your preference. However, if you're serving something crumbly like hamburger, you'll want to use a solid spoon to prevent losing any.
