When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.

- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice

A convection oven with a 1/2 HP motor made in the USA
The Imperial PCVE-1 is a standard depth electric convection oven that has been built with top quality parts and construction, made entirely in the USA. This oven's "Turbo-Flow" air system creates an air flow pattern that heats the inner and outer surfaces of the oven cavity at the same time, and recirculates hot air to maximize efficiency for energy savings.
It has a porcelainized oven interior for easy cleaning. It has an intelligently designed and rugged door: the door handle is secured to an internal stainless steel chassis system, not the door finish. And four bearings per door extend the life of the door mechanism. It comes with manual controls, which offer a 2-speed fan control for general baking and roasting, and an oven cool-down switch which has 2 fan speeds.
