The Ikon IMG-24 is a gas griddle with manual controls that's 24" wide. It can be ordered for either natural gas or liquid propane. The cabinet is completely constructed of stainless steel, and the sides are double wall insulated. For ample ventilation the flue is placed on the back of the unit, and the grease trough is a standard 4" wide for spatulas. Both the back and side splash guards are fully welded to the griddle plate, and the entire machine sits on adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet.
It has two burners. Each are "U" shaped and provide even heat distribution. Each burner has an output of 30,000 BTU. The machine is fully serviceable from the front and the front edge remains cool to the touch.
