The Axis AX-VIB750 is a commercial-grade immersion blender, which comes with 2 interchangeable stainless steel shafts: 14- and 18-inch, both with bells. The powerful 1 HP/750-watt motor is double-insulated and has a cooling system to prevent overheating.
The blender has variable speed, its' whisk RPM range from 350 to 1,800 and its blender RPM range from 2,300 to 15,200. The working capacity is 200 litres (50 gallons). The handle is ergonomic and has a rubber cover, making the unit easy to grasp. The blender has a quick coupling system too.
To prevent unintentional activation, the IB750 model has a push button safety system. The blender's attachments are easy to remove, using the included tool, and are also dishwasher-safe. The rods are also removable. Plus, the IB750 comes with a stainless steel whisk.
