The Crown Verity "PF-1" is a single-tank commercial outdoor fryer which has a capacity of 35 - 40 pounds, with 90,000 BTUH in liquid propane or natural gas. It's been designed specifically for outdoor use only, and it comes with large 14" wheels, making it portable and easy to move: so it's a perfect fryer for caterers, party rentals, and special events.
One 30 pound propane tank will give you approximately 10 - 12 hours of frying time - even longer if the thermostat is set at lower limits. With its 35 - 40 pound oil capacity, this commercial outdoor fryer will cook 60 - 65 pounds of frozen fries per hour.

WARRANTY
One year parts and labor limited warranty. Stainless steel fry tank will be warranted for 1 year. If tank is found to have a leak and is verified by an authorized service agency, the fry tank only will be replaced. Replacement fryer tank will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty.
