The Lincoln 2500 series is an electric countertop conveyor oven with digital controls. These controls have the ability to reverse the direction of the conveyor belt, have four pre-set menu buttons with menu item titles, and a digital cook time/temperature display. The exterior is stainless steel and it's stackable up to two ovens high. Please note: ventilation for heat and fumes is required for this model as it does not have a built-in vent.
The Lincoln 2500 series conveyor oven, otherwise known as an impinger oven, has a 50" standard conveyor. The temperature range is adjustable from 32° Celsius to 315° Celsius. With four, four-inch legs it's designed for countertop use.
Conveyor ovens are used in many pizza shops. Simply place the pizza on the conveyor and when it comes out on the other side it's cooked! But what some people don't realize is that conveyor ovens can be used for a variety of menu items, like sandwhiches, soups, etc. As a countertop model, this oven is ideal for smaller restaurants that only serve pizza as one menu item, as opposed to their primary food.
