The Sierra C3260E is a floor-model electric conveyor oven with a 32" wide belt and a 60" long cooking chamber. It is designed for cooking pizza, baked dishes, chicken wings, calzones, cookies, pies, pita breads, bakery products, hot sub sandwiches, and more. It has 40.5 kilowatts of power and is stackable up to three units high.
