The Sierra Volare is a gas-fired pizza deck oven with two rotating decks with 38.6" diameters which have individual temperature controls. It can cook up to 160 12" pies per hour. It has an all-stainless steel construction and has been designed for multiple applications including pizzerias, restaurants, airports, hotels, bistros, markets, and schools.
