The Doyon DL12DP can sheet dough from 1 ounce to 10.5 ounces, and with a diameter up to 12". It can sheet dough for pizzas, tortillas, wraps, flat bread and more. It is a two-pass sheeter with a front infeed and discharge and produces a uniform thickness and round shape. This countertop dough sheeter features an ergonomic design and a pair of diagonal rollers to enable a single operator to make up to 250 pieces in an hour.
