This EFI enclosed bun pan rack comes in three different sizes. You can get it with 20, 32, or 40 slides, with a respective height of 35.5", 54.5", or 67.75". All the models have a rugged, double-pane construction with reinforced braces, so this is a durable, mobile sheet pan rack, which will serve you for many years to cone.
There is 1.5" between each runner, and the cart has been made with a welded, reinforced non-insulated aluminum. Although it is welded in parts, the bun pan rack is shipped unassembed, which will help lower the shipping costs. These are sometimes called rolling racks.
