The Garland ED-15F is a countertop electric fryer and a member of Garland's Designer series. It has a 17 lb. tank capacity and 5300 watts of power. There's an option to have it run on 8000 watts of power as a more powerful "Super Fryer." The ED-15F is designed as a standalone fryer or it can be paired with other members of Garland's Designer series.
The front, sides, and removable tank are all made of stainless steel. It's 15 inches wide, comes with a set of twin fryer baskets, and for controls has a simple control nob and heat indicator with an on/off switch. Lastly, it's NSF approved.
