The Garland "G Series" covers a wide variety of restaurant equipment, including charbroilers. These charbroilers are made in Canada, and can be paired with the Garland "G Series" of ranges when combined with their optional stand or cabinet base.
The Garland G24-BRL gas charbroiler can run on either natural gas or liquid propane. Heat is generated from 15,000 BTU cast iron burners every 6 inches of broiler plate, and transferred to heavy-duty ceramic briquettes. From the ceramic briquettes comes infrared heat sure to give your food that flame-grilled taste.
