The 3M Scotch-Brite 461 is a holder for griddle pads that includes 1 screen and 1 pad. The pad and screen will need to be replaced after a while, but the handle can continue to be reused. This kit is designed to quickly clean cooled-down flat griddles (the griddle should not be hot). It will remove carbonized grease and food debris and polishes the surface to make food stick less in the future.
One of the pads is more abrasive and great for taking burnt-on food off of your griddle, and then the other pad is a bit softer and perfect for giving using after the abrasive pad for a finishing cleaning job.
