The Prince CC-1 "Redi-Grill" is a coarse brush for high-output char-broilers, which will thoroughly remove food residue from the cooking surface. We sell these most often to chains and restaurants that are doing a lot of cooking on their charbroiler. It fits with the Prince Castle CC handle (which is sold separately).
