Omcan's black service tray has a top and sidewall coated in a rubber-like material to keep drinks and dishes from sliding, and the tray itself is made of sturdy plastic. It can withstand temperatures up to 150°F (65.6°C). To preserve the non-slip coating, it's recommended to hand-wash these trays.
We carry this tray in three sizes: 11-inch, 14-inch, and 16-inch. Your choice of tray is entirely dependent on what you plan to use it for. An 11" is great for smaller bars, but it is impractically small for carrying meals. Our most popular size is the 14" simply because it is a happy medium, but very busy places would likely be better off with the 16" to maximize what can be carried in one trip. While these trays (other than the 11") can be used to carry dishes, large or busy restaurants usually prefer to go with an oval tray that can hold more, and the non-slip feature is less necessary than it is for a bar that carries more glassware.
