The ITV "MS 1000" is their standard modular ice machine: it's 30" wide, so it will fit any 30" ice storage bin or dispenser. You'll be able to produce up to 970 pounds of ice with this machine, with either half or full size cubes.
ITV has built a solid ice machine, with high quality parts and design. It's got a new water distributor, which is going to be fighting against scale build up, to keep your machine clean and make it long lasting. One nifty feature is that this machine is stackable, so if you want to increase your ice production, you can simply get another one of these machine and add it on top: this is a great future-proof option, if you think you might need more ice in the future, but right now you don't need that much.
