The Vulcan ABC7E combi oven takes "easy-to-use" to a whole new level, coming with three knobs to control the time, temperature, and humidity of your food. Furthermore, you can rest assured knowing the humidity will be self-adjusted once you set the temperature (though you can still manually adjust the humidity if you want to). Being boilerless, this combi oven uses a form of direct steam creation that will work to save you energy and water.
With the ABC7E you're getting an electrically heated oven with a temperature range of 80 - 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes with 4 stainless steel Grab-n-Go Racks with a 15.5" x 3.3" cutout design for easy access to your pans. The maximum capacity allows for a total of seven 18" x 26" pans or fourteen 12" x 20" pans. As for the exterior dimensions, it measures 42.2" x 43.5" x 35" (WDH).
