Moyer Diebel's 601HTG is a high-temperature, undercounter glasswasher complete with a built-in 6kW rise booster, soft start feature, all-stainless-steel frame, and a pumped drain. The soft start protects glasses and mugs from chipping, and the unit features a back-saving, practical 22.5" loading height.
This model has a capacity of 40 racks per hour, includes one peg and one flat 20" x 20" rack, and is ideal for an establishment that goes through a high amount of glasses per day. As a high-temperature unit, the 601HTG uses hot water for sanitization rather than a chemical. This means it will more easily sanitize and remove lipstick stains or grease, and you won't have to buy the chemical sanitizer, with the downsides of costing more to purchase and run.
