The Eurodib BCC 4008 is a floor model blast chiller, otherwise known as a shock freezer. It fits an entire trolley, sometimes known as a bun pan rack. As a result, it is designed for food service operations with high output, such as a large bakery or ice cream business. It is constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and is fitted with insulated floors and a ramp for easy loading.
The Eurodib BCC 4008 has two main cycles: a chilling cycle and a freezing cycle. The chilling cycle allows for a reduction of the internal food temperature from 90° Celsius to 3° Celsius. The freezing cycle allows for a reduction of the internal food temperature of 90° to -18°.
The overall dimensions of the Eurodib BCC 4008 are (WDH) 52" x 35" x 95.25". It comes with a 7" touch-screen control panel with programs like: a continuous freezing cycle for ice cream, a fish sanitizing cycle, and a self-diagnostic test. It has a USB port for exporting this data, and a core probe is included for monitoring temperature.
