The Nu-Vu XO-1M is a compact tabletop convection ovens that can fit five 12" x 18" half-size sheet pans or five 12" x 20" x 2.5" food service pans. It's been designed for convenience stores, catering services, donut shops, ice cream parlours, yogurt shops, and restaurants.
With the XO-1M you'll be able to cook a wide variety of food: appetizers, pies, cakes, cookies, muffins, brownies, croissants, cinnamon rolls, small breads, rolls, meats, fish and fowl, and heating and cooking all types of prepared foods. It's a 120 volt unit that comes with a cord and plug, so just plug it in and you're good to start cooking.
