Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A self-contained cooler with lockable shutter and rear doors
Hydra Kool's KGL-RM-S Series is a collection of self-contained refrigerated coolers for quick "grab and go" purchases. It has a key-lockable shutter, available as manual pull-down or electric, on the front and key-lockable doors on the back along with 2 adjustable shelves. It is available in 2 widths: 41 and 60.6 inches wide.
There is a digital controller for regulating both defrosting and temperature. The cooler's temperature range is 38° to 40° Fahrenheit (3.3° to 4.4° Celsius). There is CFC-free injected foamed insulation and the condensate evaporating pan is removable for easy cleaning.
This cooler comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty plus an additional 4 years on the compressor (part only).
