Pizza Prep Tables

Pizza prep tables can help restaurants increase the consistency and speed of their pizza production. When deciding which prep table is right for you, you’ll need to take into account the size of the bottom refrigerated section, the pan capacity, the cutting board size, and the external dimensions.

The bottom section is refrigerated, and will be used for larger items that cannot fit into the pans. Ideally, these will be items that you will access less frequently. This section determines the overall "cubic feet" capacity of the machine.

The top section is refrigerated, and contains 1/3 pans (12.8"L x 6.9"W). These can range from 2 to 6 inches deep. If you are not satisfied with the pans a pizza preparation table is provided with, adapters are available.

The cutting boards are made with large pizza's in mind, but you should double check that the dimensions of the cutting board fit your standards.

Finally, when seeing if a unit will fit into your establishment, account for a few more inches on the compressor side. The compressor could burn out if it does not have proper ventilation, costing you time and money.
