Really, any one in your staff should be able to do this very speedily with just a bit of practice.
Shrink wrapping your food is great for a lot of foodservice establishments because it can extend the shelf-life of your food. You can wrap meats, cheeses, or vegetables in this and they will last much longer. While it may not be as effective as vacuum sealing your food, a shrink wrap machine is much cheaper, and you’ll still improve the shelf-life of your food significantly.
