Spaceman's 6795-C is an ultra-high-volume, floor model, two-flavour frozen beverage machine for smoothies, slush, and more. It has patented technology to create quick freeze and recovery times, efficient cooling, and less energy per serving. A pre-cooling function in the hopper refrigerates product before entering the freezing cylinder, which further improves the freeze down time as well as giving this model food safety approval for storing product overnight--including dairy.
The overhead design of the 6795-C allows the user to switch products and hardness levels in under 30 seconds, and you can choose a 1-6 setting based on product and control consistency. You can also use this machine with alcoholic beverages because of its low evaporator temperature. Dual controls mean you can serve different products from either side of the machine, varying the menu with smoothies, frozen coffee drinks, margaritas, or other frozen cocktails.
