The Spaceman 6378 is a floor-model twin twist soft serve machine. It is a high capacity machine that can produce up to 57 litres of soft-serve ice cream an hour (which is roughly 360 servings of four ounces). This machine is capable of doing more than just soft serve: you can do ice cream, frozen yoghurt, custards or sorbets in this machine just fine, and by having two twist options, you have added variety.
This machine has a number of great features: independent digital controls, refrigerated hoppers, a standby mode, a low mix indicator light, and more. It also comes with a hopper agitator, which is really going to make operating this machine a whole lot easier: your staff won't have to continually mix the product throughout the day.
The 6378-C is gravity-fed, but you have the option of getting a pressurized air pump instead with the model 6378A-C. This option is a little bit more costly, but it allows you to choose between six overrun settings, giving you the ability to add even more air to your product, yielding higher profits, creamier, fluffier, and lighter product.
