TurboChef's Eco is their most energy-efficient oven and their smallest footprint—only 16" wide and 22" deep. It features a single motor which vertically circulates air impingement, top-launched RF energy, and a stirrer to help ensure even air and energy distribution.
The smart menu system is capable of storing up to 256 recipes, and menu settings are customizable via USB or manual entry. The Eco oven comes standard with the following accessories: 1 bottle of oven cleaner, 1 bottle of oven guard, 2 trigger sprayers, 2 solid aluminum pans, and 1 aluminum paddle.
