When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

The undercounter Follett 7 Series can produce up to 125 pounds of Chewblet ice every day, and can hold up to 7 pounds of ice at a time, which makes it ideal for a 25-30 person work group (or 140 servings per 10 hr day). The standard model can fit under most countertops, or you can order an ADA height version that will fit under 34" counters.
Some other features include the sanitary, capacitive touch dispensing, and a unique drain-less design that refreezes melt water from the storage hopper, allowing this model to be installed virtually anywhere there is water and electricity available.
You can order this model with or without an internal filter. It can also be purchased for both ice and water, or ice only. It comes with a 2-year parts and labour warranty plus an additional 3 years on the compressor.

Chewblet ice is composed of uniformly shaped pieces of chewable compressed nugget ice which is very versatile. It's perfect in hospitals, nursing home facilities, hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, and healthcare facilities.
