When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A fully-tempered glass tumbler for serving water or cocktails
This is a glass tumbler that has a capacity of 14 oz. (414 mL). It is a part of Pasabahce's Casablanca line of glasses that look like standard beverage glasses with fully tempered glass. As tempered glass, it has been chemically, or heat treated to make it stronger than the average glass. Additionally, when it shatters it will not shatter into jagged shards but large granular chunks that are less likely to hurt people. The glass itself is noticeably clear – perfect for showing off the colour of your beverages.
Glass tumblers like this are used by bars and restaurants for serving a variety of beverages. Many restaurants or banquet halls will use glasses like this for serving water. However, if you want to serve cocktails like High Balls or Long Island ice teas, this glass would be great for that also. Please keep in mind that when purchasing glasses to, say, fill a banquet hall, you can find out how many glasses you need by simply multiplying the number of seats you need to fill with the order amount listed on this page.
