Free Shipping Policy

Items that qualify for Free Shipping are limited to dock level delivery only. Any special services requested will be extra: Lift Gate, Appointment, Residential (Non-Commercial), Inside Delivery and Uncrating / Installation.

Deliveries to rural areas, areas that require air or sea travel may only qualify to have the travel portion paid by iFoodEquipment. Delivers to The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, The Yukon are excluded from the free freight eligibility.


iFoodEquipment offers a wide selection of shipping options through its LTL & Courier Partners. Shipping charges are based on the customer’s information provided and requests. iFoodEquipment offers the following types of deliveries and services.

Dock Level Deliveries: Item is delivered to customer’s dock level receiving door. Customer’s requesting this service only and uses additional services not stated on their invoice will be charged for the services used.

Lift Gate / Tailgate Delivery: Item delivered curb side; customer is responsible for bringing the order inside or to their desired destination.

Appointment Delivery: The shipping company will contact the customer and make an appointment for the delivery. This service falls under the Shipping Companies Terms and Conditions.

Inside Delivery: iFoodEquipment will help you get in contact with a local moving company to arrange for the item(s) to be delivered on site to customer’s desired location. Inside delivery is not built by iFoodEquipment as the charges associated with this service will be arranged between the customer and moving company.

When will I receive my items? 

Standard delivery times are between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Should you require a delivery outside the standard times, please advise us in the additional information section on the checkout page. Additional fees may be applicable for non-standard delivery times.

Should you miss the delivery and we need to re-schedule another delivery, additional fees will be charged to you.

What to Expect When Your Delivery Arrives

All shipments will be delivered curbside only. Please be prepared with any equipment and / or personnel to receive your shipment. Any services used during the delivery that were not requested at the time of the order will be charged to you.

Ensure you inspect all items upon arrival to ensure there is no damages and all items are accounted for. Should item(s) arrive damage, refuse the item and ensure it is noted as damaged on the BOL. Should you sign and receive a damaged item, you are accepting it as is. Any items missing from your delivery that is indicated on the BOL, please indicate it before you sign and contact iFoodEquipment.
