Any modification to the machine voids any warranty and may cause harm to individuals using the equipment or in the vicinity of the machine while in operation.

All requests for product returns must be approved by iFoodEquipment and the product manufacturer. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns are subject to the manufacturer's restocking fees which may be between 25%-50% of the purchase price and can vary per product. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Customized and Non-Standard orders are non-refundable.
Warranty information may be found on the product information page. It's usually listed in the product's spec sheet. If the warranty information isn't posted, you can contact us for further information. We handle all warranties based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy. As warranties differ by manufacture and product, please ensure you review them prior to placing your order.
