The Bakers Pride Y series of pizza deck ovens are the best-selling pizza ovens in the world. So you know you can't go wrong with the Y-800. It features one large chamber which is 66" wide, 44" deep, and 8" high. With a total BTU per hour of 120,000.
This is a perfect oven for high-volume pizza locations or for all-purpose baking operations. It's been constructed with a heavy-duty, .25" angle iron frame, which is completely welded, so it will allow for double-stacking. The oven has independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers, which will allow you to achieve perfectly balanced cooking results.
The exterior has been crafted from a heavy-duty, high-quality stainless steel, and the oven has been insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures. Options are available to suit the configuration of your kitchen, such as side-mounted controls and special-height legs.
You can also order this deck oven in the "display" variant (model Y-800-DSP). This version was designed to be built-in behind a decorative facade of brick, stone, or tile. Front and side skirts allow tile or stone to be easily installed around the legs, while a dome top can finish off the old-world look. Even if you don't put the oven behind a decorative facade, the black-powder-coated finish on the control panels and hardwood door-handle make for an elegant presentation. Or if you like, simply display the oven in stainless steel!
