When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice

Crown's ELT-F steam kettles are electric, tilting models, ASME Code stamped, National Board registered, c-CSA-us, and NSF certified. These units come in four sizes, holding 20-60 gallons (76-379 litres). A double-wall kettle interior forms a steam jacket around the entirety of the kettle.
These units operate in a temperature range of 165° to 285°F (74° to 140°C), are constructed of welded stainless steel (the interior lining standard 316 for high acid content cooking), and controls include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shut-off.
The kettle sits on a frame of stainless steel pipe fitted with four-hole adjustable feet for securing to the floor. The frame allows the kettle to pivot and tilt forward a full 90° for complete emptying.
