The Doyon DL18P can sheet dough from 1 once to 28 ounces, with a diameter of up to 17". It can sheet dough for tortillas, wraps, flat bread, and more. The DL18P is a two-stage sheeter with a front infeed and discharge and produces a uniform thickness. This counter-top dough sheeter features an ergonomic design and a pair of parallel rollers to enable a single operator to make up to 250 pieces in an hour.
