The Doyon DR45 is a hydraulic dough rounder which will quickly and gently round your bakery's dough. You can produce rounded dough up to four times faster with this machine than by dividing with hand, so it will save you time, labour, and money. It rounds portions anywhere from 7 ounces to 36 ounces (200 to 1000 grams), with a hydration ratio of at least 60% (sticky dough). You'll be able to produce up to 800 portions per hours (or 850 pounds per hour).
