Sandwich Prep Tables

Sandwich prep tables are used to centralize and maximize the efficiency of your salad and sandwich preparation process. Every prep table has three main sections, and three major considerations to analyze before your purchase: the overall capacity in the below compartment, the pan capacity in the top compartment, and the dimensions of the cutting board. If you’re looking to make pizzas, head over to our pizza prep table section.

The bottom section of the sandwich prep table is refrigerated, and is ideal for larger items that you won't access as frequently. The bottom section determines the "cubic feet" of the unit.

The top section is also refrigerated, and is used to store your more frequently accessed items via pans. The top section's capacity is determined by the number of pans it has.

It is also important to know if the dimensions of the cutting board will fit your needs. Every sandwich prep table should have adequate room on the cutting board, but this is something to double check.

Finally, you need to look at the overall exterior dimensions of the unit. You will need to give adequate room around the compressor, which will allow a proper air flow and give your machine a longer life. If there isn't adequate ventilation, the compressor could burn out, costing you time and money, so plan to give a few more inches around your machine.
