This EFI stainless steel bussing cart comes in a few different varieties. For starters, there are three different sizes: 16" x 24" and 18" x 27" and 19" x 32". For the largest and smallest size, you are able to order the bussing cart either unassembled (this requires you to assemble it, but will cost less to ship), or welded together. For the 18" x 27" model, the cart has to be shipped welded together.
The shelves have been made of a 18 gauge type 430 stainless steel, and the cart comes with 4 casters, 2 with brakes, and 2 without brakes, so this is a versatile, durable cart that will help you in your business for many years to come.
For the unassembled carts (otherwise called "knock-down" carts) the shelves and the vertical struts have been designed to easily bolt together for stability and strength.
