EFI has a full line of stainless steel work tables that are 24" deep. You can get them from 24" wide to as big as 96" wide. It's been crafted with a heavy duty, 18 gauge, type 430 stainless steel.
The undershelves on these tables go to the edge of the legs, so you're going to be getting a full-sized undershelf, and the legs have been secured with a double-set screw, to ensure a rigid, solid structure. And the edges have been hemmed to provide strength and safety. All in all, you'll be getting a high-quality, sturdy table.
