When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

The freestanding Follett 15 Series can produce up to 125 pounds of Chewblet ice every day, and can hold up to 15 pounds of ice at a time, which makes it ideal for up to a 50 person work group (more than the Follet floor model 7 Series machines, although they share the same features).
Other key features include sanitary, capacitive touch dispensing, and a unique drainless design that refreezes melt water from the storage hopper, allowing this model to be installed virtually anywhere there is water and electricity available.
You can order this model with or without an internal filter, and with optional legs. It can also be purchased for both ice and water, or ice only. Or you can order it with sparkling water. It comes with a 2-year parts and labour warranty plus an additional 3 years on the compressor.

Chewblet ice is composed of uniformly shaped pieces of chewable compressed nugget ice which is very versatile. It's perfect in hospitals, nursing home facilities, hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, and healthcare facilities.
