Garland manufactures a series of ranges by the name of "G Series" to which this salamander broiler, the Garland GIR36, is an attachment. This broiler can be paired with Garland ranges with a width of 24 or 36 inches.
The Garland GIR36 salamander broiler can be top mounted or counter mounted. It's powered by natural gas or liquid propane, and comes equipped with two 20,000 BTU atmospheric infrared burners, each with their own high-low control valves. Lastly, the rack has three adjustable positions.
