When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A heavy-duty safe draining kit to prevent damage to plumbing pipes and meet local regulations
Moyer Diebel's 0714380 is a drain water tempering kit designed to be compatible with the Nexus N900 high-temperature dishwasher.
The purpose of a drain water tempering kit is to cool water down to a safe temperature before it exits the dishwasher into the plumbing system. If the water is too hot, it could cause damage to the system's pipes or burn someone. Water that's too hot could even cause pipe to spring a leak.
Your region may have regulations and guidelines regarding dishwashers' drain water temperature when it is discharged into a plumbing system. This is most relevant if you're using a high-temperature dishwasher. Please check your local regulations to make sure you are in compliance.
This product requires a qualified installer to set up. Please follow all provided instructions or the product's warranty will be void.
