When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

Available with or without a slot, these one quarter size steam table pans will keep the food inside fresh
Browne's hotel pan covers are designed to fit any 1/4 size hotel pans and help prevent seepage or spills during transport. They also help prevent cross-contamination and keep a more stable temperature within the pan than if it were open. There are 2 options available: a solid and a notched model, the latter being useful for allowing a serving spoon to rest in the hotel pan while it is covered. They have a 24 gauge 304 stainless steel construction and are NSF Listed.
Hotel pans, also known as insert pans, food pans, or steam table pans, are versatile containers for many areas of food service. They are popular in casinos and other large buffets as inserts for chafing dishes, but they also have other uses. They can be used for cold storage or ingredient containers in a prep table. We also carry polycarbonate food pans, which are sometimes preferred for these uses, though, because they won't react with and spoil lettuce, for example.
