Picard's Revolution is a continuous baking type oven with direct-fired radiant heat (not a convection oven). It functions as a bakery oven, bagel oven, and pizza oven, and is available in either gas or electric, with steel or perforated shelves. This Picard bakery oven truly is a "Revolution": it can bake bagels, bread, pies, and pizzas, and many products all at the same time.
