When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice

A curing cabinet with dual internal fans for up to 330 pounds of meat
Trento's Stagionello Evo 150 is a commercial-quality meat curing cabinet with a rated loading capacity of 330 pounds (150 kilograms) and can produce genuine meats in as little as 20 days without using chemical additives. It's specialized in a variety of areas - drying, seasoning, fermenting, and preserving. Cabinets like this would be found in butcher shops, restaurants, delis, charcuteries, among other artisanal establishments that serve cured meats.
It's equipped with dual internal fans and Stagionello's ClimaTouch management and control system, which features a 6-inch touchscreen display panel, giving you automatic control over the processing stages, pH level calculations, and stored recipes. This model comes with 30 preset options already plus enough storage space for about 100 recipes total.
Likewise, the Fumotic system is dual-purpose, it's for both humidification and flavouring with dual tanks (one for providing water humidity, the other for aroma when wanted) that also utilizes a level alarm system.
All parts of the unit that will come into contact with food have AISI 304 stainless steel build while the door is also stainless steel with a large glass panel and lock. Its working temperature range is -5° to 50° Celsius (23° to 122° Fahrenheit) while its storage temperature range is -10° to 70° Celsius (14° to 158° Fahrenheit).
The Evo 150 is 100% made in Italy and comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
