When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.

Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.

  • A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
  • Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5

A 72" griddle with thermostatic controls for larger-scale establishments

Vollrath's GGHDT-72 is a commercial-grade gas-powered griddle with thermostatic controls, measuring 72 inches across. It features 6 custom, stainless steel U-shaped burners with a combined output of 180,000 BTU per hour. It's a great addition for restaurants, diners, steakhouses, coffee shops, and more.

Each 12 inches in width has an independently-controlled heating zone. The unit's metal knobs come with a lifetime warranty. The griddle plate is 1-inch-thick polished steel with a 4.3-inch-high backsplash with sloped sides. It has adjustable legs, which range from 4 to 5.5 inches.

The GGHDT-72 is a heavy-duty griddle. If you're looking for something similar, check out Vollrath's medium-duty griddles - they have a 3/4-inch-thick griddle plate, slightly lower BTU output, and smaller cooking surface.

The GGHDT-72 ships ready for natural gas, but also includes a liquid propane conversion kit. It also comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
