When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.

Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.

  • A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock

A 60" griddle with manual controls for large-scale establishments

Vollrath's GGMDM-60 is a commercial-grade gas-powered griddle with manual controls, measuring 60 inches across. It features 5 custom, stainless steel U-shaped burners with a combined output of 140,000 BTU per hour. It's a great addition for restaurants, diners, steakhouses, coffee shops, and more.

Each 12 inches in width has its own independently-controlled heating zone. The unit's metal knobs come with a lifetime warranty. The griddle plate is 3/4-inch-thick polished steel with a 2.75-inch-high backsplash with sloped sides. It has adjustable legs, which range from 4 to 5.5 inches.

The GGMDM-60 is a medium-duty griddle. If you're looking for something similar, but a little more robust, check out Vollrath's heavy-duty griddles - they have a 1-inch-thick griddle plate, higher BTU output, larger cooking surface depth, and a few other extra features.

The GGMDM-60 ships ready for natural gas, but also includes a liquid propane conversion kit. It also comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
